We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it was near the sea and also close to the historical center of the city. We enjoyed watching the sunset by the water and exploring the charming streets of the old town. The hotel provided excellent services, such as room service, housekeeping, and even medical facilities. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony. We also appreciated the free water bottles provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us valuable advice on nearby attractions and assisting with our luggage. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The room was kept very clean, and the large television was nice. Also, the air conditioner was welcome and easy to operate.
Unfortunately, my room was at the end of the hall and faced the outdoor music area, with practice and then events for Carnival taking place until very late. My sleep was not very good the whole time due to this, which included loud hooting and laughing throughout the night and early morning, like 3 and 4 a.m. I know I should have changed rooms, so it's probably my own fault.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Campeche, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. They were much more modern and well-maintained compared to other hotels I had stayed at previously. The hotel itself was clean and well-kept, creating a comfortable environment.

Good value city-hotel in the near of central part. Suitable for short stayings, not for a long holiday, due to the traffic.
Noisy neighbourhood

First, the person at the front desk did not have idea of what my reservation was. The next morning they were already asking (a bit rude) for payment. Of course there was a lot of misunderstanding since I got an e-mail from booking saying that the first night was charged in full at the moment of booking the hotel and they did not know about it. Since we needed to straighten everything out, they were looking at us in a very rude way every time we went through the lobby. They contacted Booked.net and I finally got an e-mail saying that they had been informed that I refused to pay which wasn't the right way to put it. Finally when We were getting things better they were overcharging us which represented another hassle. bad experience

Good parking facilities and close to town center
Noisy , but this was just our bad lick to have a big concert going on just opposite the hotel

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the city centre and just a short walk away from both the ocean and the historical sites of the city. The hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained, and included private parking, which was very convenient for us. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant near the reception, which provided us with a delicious start to our day. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

This hotel is located in a very convenient spot near the city center, making it easy to visit all the main attractions. The rooms are clean and modern, with air conditioning and wifi available. The breakfast is delicious and worth the extra cost.
The bathroom quality can be a letdown, similar to other Mexican hotels.

The hotel offered a convenient location and was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The staff was generally friendly and all amenities were functional.
The rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly and seemed outdated. The walls were thin, which resulted in a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside.

This hotel has an extremely convenient location, just minutes away from all the New Year's festivities. The rooms were adequately clean and came with comfortable beds. the staff were accommodating and allowed us to check-in early without any hassle.
The breakfast was lacking in variety and options. the hotel parking was quite limited which made it difficult to find a space to park our car.
